Daniel is a Photographer, Darkroom practitioner and teacher based out of Derby.

He has worked on several photography commissions, working within communities in the Midlands and published his first book of photography, 'Normanton' in 2015.

'Normanton' is was exhibited within the community at Pear Tree library in Normanton and was selected to be part of the 'East Meets West' exhibition for FORMAT International photography festival in Derby and GRAIN Birmingham in 2016.

Daniels project 'In Transit' has been featured in numerous publications and documents intimate moments on tour with his band across Europe.

He is currently working on two long form bodies of work which focus on communities within the U.K and Ireland.

He is also the proprietor of The Photo Parlour in Nottingham; a facility for photographers which provides film processing, hand printing, darkroom hire, workshops, studio space, gallery space and acts as a community hub for photographers in the Midlands.

Daniel also regularly works as a lecturer at Nottingham Trent University and talks at universities and colleges across the country.
